Clusters of Comorbidities of Deceased across districts

The above heat maps are between the different co-morbidities clusters and the districts of Karnataka. In both heat maps, each cell represents the number of deceased patients corresponding to the given symptom cluster in the given district. The darker the colour of a cell, the fewer the number of deaths while the brighter the colour, the larger the number of deaths. The co-morbidities clusters concerning Diabetes and Obesity, Heart Disease and Kidney related diseases are done separately from the rest of the co- clusters because the number of deaths in these clusters are much higher than the remaining symptom clusters.



The above bar graph is represents the fifteen co-morbidities clusters vs. the number of deceased patients in each of the co-morbidities clusters for all of Karnataka in total. As we can see, the number of deceased patients in the co-morbidities clusters of Diabetes and Obesity and Heart Disease, far exceed those in each of the other co-morbidities clusters.
